Rats fed irradiated diets which were exposed to 10KGy of γ-rays from radioisotope Cobalt-60 were sacrific ed in the interval of 1 week during 7 weeks. And lipofuchsin pigments of heart tissue lipid and blood lipid peroxide values were analyzed by fluorophotometry and spectrophotometry, respectively Lipofuchsin pigments were low in the level of 87.1% compared to control and blood lipid peroxide values were lower than control in the level of 91.7%.
