인천의 독립운동가 범주 설정과 향후 연구의 과제

A study of Category and Tasks Incheon’s Independence Activists Studies

인천의 인물연구는 인물이라는 프리즘을 통해 인천지역에 대한 보다 내밀하고 깊은 이해를 추구해야 한다. 인천지역이 가진 한국사 속에서의 특수성을 감안해 한국사 내지는 더 나아가 보편사 속의 진리를 천착하기 위한 학문적 관심이 밑바탕에 깔려야 한다. 그러나 인천의 인물 연구는 아직 주요한 몇몇 알려진 인물에 한정되어 있는 것 같다. 게다다 인천의 인물을 연구함에 있어서는 인천이 겪었던 역사의 단절과 충격으로 인해 연구가 뒤늦었을 뿐만 아니라 자료의 유실과 부족이 더해지고, 게다가 친일과 남북분단이 가져다준 이데올로기 영향으로 인해 많은 제약이 가로놓여 있다. 이를 극복하기 위해서는 인천의 독립운동의 범주를 확장할 필요가 있다. 홍진이나 김구 선생 같이 전국적 단위의 독립운동가라고 하더라고 인천지역에서 독립운동을 전개할 인물들을 지역적 차원에서 적극적으로 연구하고 이를 토대로 선양사업을 전개해야 한다. 아울러 아직도 미진한 인천지역 독립운동사를 시기별로 이념적 제약을 넘어서서 다양하게 연구해나가야 한다. 이를 통해 인천의 독립운동가들을 시민들에게 적극적으로 알려나가야 하지만, 심도 깊은 연구와 평가가 수반되지 않은 역사기념물과 선양사업은 자칫 역사의 왜곡이 될 수 있다.

Figure studies of Incheon must to pursue deep understanding of Incheon region by prism of Figure. That is base on scholarship interest of universality and particularity of Incheon region on Korea History. But figure studies of Incheon is seem to restraint of some figure. In addition, Figure studies of Incheon is lated to impact and break of history Incheon. There is restriction of loss and lack of data. And there is a restriction of pro-Japanese and north-south division’s influence. To overcome the restriction, figure studies of Incheon is need to extend category of Incheon’s Independence Movement. we must study to national independence Activists, for exemple Hong Jin and Kim Gu, by Incheon’s perspective. In addition, we pursue to enhancement. Therefore, we spread to Independence Activists of Incheon fot Incheon citizen. However, we must warn historical distortion of historical Memorials and enhancement so that we have to deeply study.
