닭의 만성 호흡기 질병에서 분리된 mycoplasma gallisepticum의 약제 감수성

Antimicrobial drug susceptibility of mycoplasma gallisepticum isolated from the case of chronic respirtory disease outbreaks

The present study was conducted to investigate antimicrobial drug susceptibility of 8 strains of Mycoplasma gallisepticum isolated from the outbreaks of chronic respiratory disease in Chonnam and Chonbuk provinces during the period from June to December 1992. The isolated strains were identified as Mycoplasma gallisepticum by the indirect immunofluorescence test. All the isolates were highly susceptible to tiamulin (MIC : 0.05-0.39㎍/ml), enrofloxacin (0.10-0.39㎍/ml), danofloxacin (0.10-0.78㎍/ml) and moderately susceptible to norfloxacin (0.20-12.5㎍/ml), tylosin (0.20-400㎍/ml), oxytetracycline (0.39-200㎍/ml), lincomycin (3.13-6.25㎍/ml). Kanamycin and rifampicin showed no susceptibility about the isolates (MIC : 100-400㎍/ml).
