가열 손상된 listeria monocytogenes의 회복을 위한 선택ㆍ증균배지의 효과

The efficacy of selective enrichment and plating media for the recovery of heat-injured Listeria monocytogenes was determined. The recovery of heat-injured cells was not affected by moxalactam, nalidixic acid and cycloheximide in media, but acriflavine HCI and lithium chloride affected significantly on recovery of the cells. When the injured cells were inoculated to enrichment broth, the bacterial growth was prominent in order of in FDA-EB (6.3 log), UVM (5.3 log), and Fraser broth(2.4 log), and the recovery in micro-aerobic atmosphere was better than that in aerobic atmosphere. When the injured cells were inoculated to selective media, L. monocytogenes grew prominently in order of in Oxford agar(6.3 log), LPM (6.0 log), and MMA (5.9 log), and the recovery in aerobic condition was similar to that in micro-aerobic condition.
