Modern livstock and poultry farmining methods involve the use of a large number of different veterinary drugs, for both therapeutic and prophylatic purposes. This study is conducted to develop more convenient simultaneous determination by chemiluminescent method for the residue of ampicillin which is one of the β-Lactam antibiotics in the animal products. The results obtained are as followings : The titrated concentration of D-AA oxidase was 16.6 ㎍/ml, FDA(flavin adenine nucleotide) concentration showed the highest reaction at a 50㎍/ml. The titration concentration of peroxidase was 10 ㎍/ml, ABEI (aminobutyl ethyl isoluminal ) concentration showed the highest reaction at a 10 ㎍/ml. Sensitivity of D-Ala was 10 ㎍/ml. The titration concentration of DD-carboxypeptidase was 0.12 ㎍/ml, the substrate Ac₂-L-Lys-D-Ala-D-Ala showed the titrated concentration of 28 ㎍/10㎕. Ampicillin was detected at the levels of 1.0 ng/ml under these conditions.
