The aim of this study is to compare the quality of sleep in children with the differences in sleep control to control their lifestyle to determine the effects on height growth. For this study, 60 elementary school students (32 - 28 male students) who visit M growth center for a key growth program were selected for 6 months (2 students per week). The time frame is from May 2017 to October 2017, where children visiting the K Center in M city were compared with key growth differences based on the brainwaves analysis and a questionnaire on sleep. Self-adjusting through the measurement of brainwaves was done using a time-series linear analysis method. The first big factors affecting the height s growth were the quality of sleep, and then the ability to self-regulate. Second, the bigger the variation between the quality of sleep and the self-regulating power, the more negatively it affects the growth of height. The results suggest that there is a close relationship between the quality of sleep in the daily living habits and the self-discipline that regulates them in growing up. In addition, the neurobiological index, the analysis of brainwaves, suggests to children that the objective indicators of self-regulating are more useful in key development .The limitations of this study are as follows :First, they are confined to a particular area and require a large number of experimental groups to expand to generalize the effectiveness of the study results. Second, it is understood that the relevant findings, including the results of this study, will need to be replicated through different approaches and need to be scaled up and revalued. I think it is worth using the results of prevention and improvement by understanding the effects of the self-regulating ability of students during their growth and the quality of their sleep on their height growth
