Urban Renaissance Study Shared By Economy Using Housing Assets

The house sharing is growing steadily, but the legal system is insufficient. In this study, the problems and direction to be improved were suggested. The results of analysis show that the lower the age, the lower the salary, the higher the willingness to use the residential users. And the most inconvenient thing when users use housing sharing is the compensation problem in case of damage, followed by the responsibility of safety accident, the order of credit of provider. Most of the cases were solved by liability insurance, legal system for housing sharing contracts, compensation of intermediary platforms. The problem with the home share provider is that legal problems are the most problematic when renovating the home forsharing. The following was the order of responsibility for safety accidents, user s credit guarantee, compensation for damage. As a solution to this problem, the most important part was the standard of building design for shared houses. The following appeared in the order of liability insurance, compensation of intermediary platform. The lower the age of the decision making the housing sharing, the higher the willingness to provide the male than the female. If the provider s residence is not Seoul, it is possible that the possibility of revitalizing the sharing of the guest house accommodation utilizing the free space of the local residence can be considered. The lower the annual salary of respondents, the higher the intention to provide housing. The house sharing is in line with the urban regeneration concept of creating a new space through improvement of environment, economic activation and housing welfare in the declining urban areas that are currently underway. Therefore, solutions to the problems that arise in the housing sharing business are the tasks to be solved in the urban renewal business.
