A total of 1,372 specimens of sea water, sea mud and sea fish were contributed to isolate the Vibrio spp. used biochemical identification from west coastal areas in Chonbuk during 1992~1994. The antigenicity and immunogenicity of the isolated strains were compared to A TCC strain by means of SDS-PAGE and Western blot.
