The study of RU(Rhizopus) was evaluated for the increase of fish immune responses to mirror carp (Cyprinus carpio), rainbow trout(Oncohyncus mykiss) and flounder(Paralichthys olivaceus). It’s efficacy against several fish diseases was determined by mortality of challenge tests. In first trial, test groups were treated with 10kg RU/ton of feed weight, 3 times a day for 20 days before experimental infection and cumulative mortality of RU pre-treated groups was 0~23.3% while t non-treated groups was 50.0~93.3%.
