Brucella abortus 1119-3균의 OMP항원과 타 병원성 균간의 교차반응에 관한 연구

Cross-reaction with OMPs of brucella abortus 1119-3 and the other pathogenic organisms

Serological cross-reactions were demonstrated between Brucella abortus 1119-3 and other pathogenic organisms(Yersinia enterocolitica O:9, Escherichia coli S72, Bordetella bronchiseptica, Pasteurella multosida D4 and Actinobacillus Pleuropneumoniae S1). The outer membrane proteins were derived from these organisms by sequential extraction of the physically distrupted cells with N-lauroylsarcosinate. Serum from a cattle naturally infected with B. abortus was used in immunoblotting studies to identify of cross-reaction between OMPs B. abortus 1119-3 and other pathogenic organisms. According to the results of western blot analysis, strong reactions occurred in 31 and 36 kDa of Y. enterocolitica O:9, in 29, 34 and 53kDa of E. coli S72, in 32kDa of P. multosida D4, in 30, 33, 38kDa of A. pleuropneumoniae S1, respectively.
