In recent, the coccidiosis have frequently been broken out in the broiler farms, so that the feed additive anticoccidial drugs have been used in the field. Because their anticoccidial efficacy have not been evaluated lately, we would evaluate the efficacy of some feed additive anticoccidial drugs, such as Halofuginone(H), compound of Nicarbazin(N) and Narasin(n), Monensin(M), Nicarbazin, Salinomycin(S) and Semduramicin(A). Five week-old chickens were daministered with their drugs in feed and infected with 1×10⁵ oocysts of E. tenella, 1×10⁶ oocysts of E. acervulina and 1×10⁵ oocysts of E. maxima. Survival rate, bloody diarrhea, lesion score, excreted oocysts, body weight gain, feed conversion rate and anticoccidial index were investigated during the 1st week after infection. The survival rate of Nn, A and H groups were 100% and the bloody diarrhea and lesion score(0.14 to 0.38) of them were very lower than those(0.29 to 2.84) of the other groups. The body weight gains(242.1g to 248.7g) of them were higher than those(98.3g to 231.9g) of the other groups and the feed conversion rates(2.10 to 2.16) were very low. The anticoccidial indices(183.8 to 190.9) of them were higher than those(66.5 to 174.1) of the other groups. Therefore, compound of Nicarbazin and Narasin Semduramicin and Halofuginone were very efficacy in comparison of the other drugs.
