닭고기에서 listeria monocytogenes의 검색을 위한 중합효소 연쇄반응법과 증균배양법의 비교시험

In this study, L. monocytogenes in chicken meat could be detected rapidly by the improved PCR method using 16S rRNA-based primers unique on the strain. The growth conditions including the different media, the incubation temperatures and time were compared to improve PCR method. The PCR efficiency was most increased in the case of PCR method after 12h enrichment growth at 30℃ in LEB. When compared this method with the culture method for detection of L. monocytogenes in frozen chicken meat, there was 88.9% agreementt. This method was reflected in the high values obtained for the sensitivity (1.00), specificity (0.71), positive predictive value (0.85) and negative predictive value (1.00).
