중국산 참새근육중 중금속 잔류 조사

Surveys on the residues of heavy metals in sparrows from peoples republic of China

중국 하북성에서 포획된 참새를 대상으로 생물학적 반감기가 길고 체내에 축적되어 잔류하는 것으로 알려진 4종의 유해중금속 즉 비소, 카드뮴, 수은 및 납의 잔류수준과 크롬, 구리, 철, 마그네슘, 망간, 아연 등 6종의 미량광물질 함량을 분석하였다. 중국산 참새근육중 유해 중금속 잔류량은 비소 0.87ppm, 카드뮴 0.17ppm, 수은 0.57ppm 및 납 1.36ppm으로 1989년 국내산 닭고기중 중금속 잔류조사 결과보다 대부분 높은 경향이었다. 대표적인 야생조류인 참새의 체조직중 잔류중금속 함량은 환경오염을 판단하는데 유용한 지표로 생각된다.

This study was carried out to investigate the contents of 10 types of minerals in sparrows captured from the northern areas of China. The heavy metals of toxicological concern arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury that have long biological half-life and accumulated in the body were emphasized. Chromium, copper, iron, magnesium. manganese and zinc were detrmined as a essential trace elements. Compared with the poultry muscles surveyed 1989 in Korea, the sparrows contents of arsenic 0.87ppm, cadmium 0.17ppm, mercury 0.57 and lead 1.36ppm shows higher, respectively. Wild-lives reflect the environmental conditions of their surroundings by the contents of nonessential minerals especially had accumulated in the body.
