Milk products are rich and convenient source of nutrients and so it can be rottem easily if it is not properly controled. ISO 9000 standard adapted to industrial products is not enough for ensuring safety and quality of milk products. Moreover milk products that might be contaminated by hazard should be regulated with critical control point. Therefore the introduction of scientific HACCP is essential to guarntee production of the high quality and safe milk products in my country. To implement this standard effectively and continuously, periodical and self verification is required. As the change of external environment and expansion of facilities, the HACCP system should be modified to control new hazard and to correct inapropriateness by regular monitoring. Up to now, HACCP standard has been mainly applied to milk products plant. If this HACCP system which I introduce is implemented in dairy farms, “From Farm to Table” will be realized in my country. And then our milk products will be more competitive than foreign products, contribute to improvement of public health and have consumer’s confidence.
