간호대학생의 간호관리학 임상실습 경험

Nursing Student’s Nursing Management Clinical Practices Experiences

본 연구는 간호대학생의 간호관리학 임상실습에 대한 경험을 이해하고 이를 토대로 보다 효율적 간호관리학 임상실습 운영을 위한 논의의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 본 연구의 자료분석 대상은 B시에 소재한 간호학과 4학년 학생들이 2017학년도 2학기에 진행된 간호관리학 임상실습 기간 동안 과제의 일부분으로 제출한 반성적 저널 96장이었다. 제출된 자료는 Hsieh와 Shannon(2005)의 질적연구 분석 방법 중 전통적 내용분석 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 간호대학생들은 간호관리학 임상실습 과정 동안 “준비와 시작”, “실습완성을 위한 노력”, “맞닥뜨린 어려움”, “배움”을 경험하는 것으로 드러났다. 본 연구결과는 간호대학생들의 간호관리학 임상실습 경험에 대한 이해를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 간호관리학 임상실습 진행의 어려움 및 개선사항 등에 관한 양적연구 및 다른 분석 방법을 적용한 질적연구를 제안한다.

Purpose: This study was conducted to understand the experience of nursing management clinical practice among nursing students. Methods: Data were collected through reflective journals written by 48 nursing students. Data were analyzed by Hsieh and Shannon’s conventional content analysis. Results: The result of this study revealed 4 categories: “preparation and beginning”, “efforts for completion”, “encountered difficulties”, “learning”. These findings provide the understanding of nursing student’s experiences in nursing management clinical practice. Conclusion: Based on the result of this study, it is needed to more comprehensive study to revitalize discussion of nursing management clinical practice.
