유치원 입학관리시스템 ‘처음학교로’에 대한 공립유치원 교사들의 인식과 경험

Public kindergarten teachers` perception and experience of kindergarten entrance management system Go-first school

본 연구의 목적은 공립유치원 교사들의 유치원 입학관리시스템 ‘처음학교로 도입에 대한 인식과 도입 후 경험을 심층적으로 살펴보기 위함이다. 이를 위해 서울 및경기도에 근무하는 공립유치원 교사 6명을 연구 참여자로 선정하였다. 자료 수집은 2018년 1월 15일부터 3월 17일까지 연구 참여자 별로 2회씩 개별 심층면담을 실시하 였다. 연구결과, ‘처음학교로’의 도입에 대한 공립유치원 교사들의 인식은 기대와 우려가 공존하는 것으로 나타났다. 구체적으로 기대는 ‘유아모집 관련 업무 절감에 대한 기대’와 ‘학부모와의 갈등 감소 기대’로 나타났으며 우려는 ‘새로운 업무에 대한 거부감’과 ‘온라인 시스템에 대한 걱정으로 도출되었다. 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 ‘처음 학교로’ 도입 후 공립유치원 교사들의 경험 중 긍정적 변화는 ‘업무 절감’과 ‘학부모와의 갈등 감소’, ‘유아교육에 대한 관심 증대’로 나타났다. 한편, 부정적인 변화로는 ‘새 로운 업무의 발생’ 과 ‘새롭게 발생한 학부모의 민원’이었다. 더불어 ‘처음학교로’가 나아갈 방향에 대해 ‘융통성’과 ‘서비스 시스템 보완’, ‘부가기능 추가’를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 ‘처음학교로’ 시스템과 관련된 첫 연구로서의 의의를 갖는다. 또한 ‘처음 학교로’의 구체적인 수정․보완사항을 제시하여 앞으로 나아갈 방향을 위한 기초자 료를 제공하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the public kindergarten teachers perception of introducing kindergarten entrance management system as Go-first school and their experience after introduction. For this purpose, six public kindergarten teachers working in Seoul and Kyonggi Province were selected as research participants. The data collection was conducted from January 15, 2018 to March 17, 2017, for individual in -depth interviews for each participant. The study found that public kindergarten teachers perception of the introduction of Go-first school coexisted with expectation and concern. Specifically, expectations emerged as ’expectations for work reduction in children recruitment’ and ‘anticipation or conflict reduction with parents . The concerns was derived from reluctance to new work and ‘concern about the online system . Based on the collected data, positive changes in the experiences of public kindergarten teachers after introduction of ‘Go-first school showed reduction of work , reduction conflict with parents , and increased interest in early childhood education . On the other hand, the negative changes were the occurrence of new work and the newly created parent s complaints . In addition, Flexibility , Complement of system service and Addition of additional functions were suggested for the direction of Go-first school . This study has significance as the first study related to the Go-first school system. It also provided specific revisions and corrections of Go-first school and provided basic data for the future direction.
