국내 교육실습 연구동향

A Study of Research Trends in Korean teaching practice

본 연구는 국내의 특수 및 유, 초, 중등 예비교사의 교육실습에 관한 최근 연구 동향을 분석하여 향후 연구방향에 대한 시사점을 알아보고자 했다. 이를 위해 2018년 1 월에 2012년부터 2016년까지 최근 5년간의 교육실습 관련연구 111편을 학술연구정보 서비스 웹사이트에서 검색하여 연구현황 및 연구주제를 대상으로 연구 동향을 분석 했다. 연구현황은 분석 대상학교, 연구방법, 연구대상, 자료수집 기간 등을 기준으로 하고, 연구동향은 내용분석법으로 추려낸 8가지의 대주제와 중주제 및 소주제어들을 기준으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 분석 대상 기간에 학교 급별로 발표된 연구 편수는 중등, 유아, 초등, 특수학교 등의 순으로 많았다. 대주제에 따른 연구주제는 수업실습, 예비교사, 교육실습 적용 프로그램, 교사교육제도와 기관, 지도교사에 관한 연구, 연구방법, 교육관과 교육가치 등의 순으로 나타난 반면, 교사교육자에 관한 대주제는 한편도 연구되지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과를 근거로 교사교육자에 관한 향후 연구의 필요성을 제시하였고, 연구동향에 나타난 교육실습의 주요 쟁점을 중심으로 향후 연구에 관한 시사점이 도출되었다.

This study intends to review the research trends in Korean teaching practicum being practiced in early childhood, elementary, middle class and special education, For the purpose of this study, 111papers published between 2012 – 2016 were analysed through thematic reviews following content analysis methods. The results were that 8major themes were extracted and categorized, and then subordinate and the lowest themes were categorized. According to these three-layered concepts, the papers were further analyzed to reveal which major themes were more researched than others and compare between each educational group. The findings suggest that studies of teaching practice in middle class education published most papers and early childhood, elementary, and special education come next in the order. Moreover, the theme of practicing each class conducted by student teachers during the period of teaching practice was analysed the most frequently researched topic among 8 major themes and another major theme of teacher educator was never analyzed as a research theme. These findings indicate that the theme of teacher educator and other subordinate themes that were less investigated need to be researched in future study, through which the research topic area can be expanded for the long-term goal of seeking substantiality in pre-service teachers’ teaching practice.
