액션러닝(Action Learning) 적용수업이 예비보육교사의 과학 교과교육학지식과 과학교수태도에 미치는 효과

The Effects of Action Learning Classes: ProsPective Child Care Teachers’ Science subject Education Knowledge and Science Teaching Attitude

본 연구는 액션러닝 적용수업이 예비보육교사의 과학 교과교육학지식과 과학교수 태도에 미치는 효과를 분석하여 보육교사 양성교육과정에서 액션러닝 적용수업에 대한 다양한 접근을 시도하는데 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 한다. 연구의 대상은 부산시 소재 4년제 대학교 B학과에서 예비보육교사를 희망하는 학습자 41명이다. 자료 수집기간은 2016년 9월부터 2016년 11월까지 약 8주간 진행되었으며, 액션러닝 적용 수업이 예비보육교사의 과학 교과교육학지식과 과학교수태도의 변화를 살펴보기 위하여 단일집단 사전사후 설계(One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design)로 구성되었다. 액션러닝 실시 전과 후 과학 교과교육학지식과 과학교수태도에 대한 설문조사를 수행하고, 평균과 표준편차를 구하였으며, 전후 차이검정을 위해 대응표본 t-검정을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 액션러닝 적용수업이 예비보육교사의 과학 교과교육학지식중 과학교수-학습방법과 과학교과내용에 대한 지식, 과학교육학습자에 대한 지식을 향상시켰다. 둘째, 액션러닝 적용수업은 예비보육교사의 과학교수태도에 있어 직접 적인 조작활동에 대한 태도, 과학활동 준비에 대한 태도, 과학교수 필요성 및 시기에 대한 적합성에 긍정적인 효과가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of action learning classes on Science subject Education Knowledge and science teaching attitude of prospective child care teachers. The subjects of this study were 41 students who hoped for a prospective child care teacher in the B Department at D University in Busan. The research design consisted of a single group pretest-posttest design. The collected data were averaged and standardized, and the corresponding conducted with a corresponding sample t-test. The results of this study are as follows: First, it was shown that the action learning applied class had an effect on pre-service child care teacher’s Science subject Education Knowledge. In other words, knowledge of science teaching-learning method, knowledge of science subject content, and knowledge of science education learners were improved. Second, the action learning teaching class has the effect of enhancing the attitudes about direct manipulation activities, attitudes toward preparation for science activities, and attitudes related to fitness for science teaching time of prospective child child care teacher s.
