보육교사의 다문화 영아보육에 대한 인식 및 태도

Child Care Teachers Perception and Attitude toward Multicultural Infant Care

본 연구의 목적은 다문화 영아보육에 대한 보육교사의 인식 및 태도에 대해 알아 보고자 한다. 다문화가정 보육교사의 다문화 보육 인식과 태도를 알아보기 위해 2018년 3월 12일부터 3월 20일까지 연구자가 직접 설문지 200부를 배부 및 회수하였 으며, 187부를 연구 결과 산출을 위해 사용하였다. SPSS 22.0 통계 프로그램을 사용 하였으며 t검증과 f검증 및 Scheffé검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 다문화보육에 대한 인구 통계학적 특성에 따른 교사 태도와 역할에 대한 인식을 분석한 결과, Likert 5점 척도에 평균3.79로 나타났다. 둘째, 하위영역인 교육내용, 학습환경, 교육목표, 지지체계는 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 보육교사의 다문화보육에 대한 인식에서 교사의 태도와 역할, 다문화보육의 목표, 학습환경, 지지체계에 대한 구축이 필요함을 제안하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate child care teachers’ perception and attitude toward the infant care of multicultural families. The researcher distributed and retrieved 200 questionnaires from March 12 to March 20, 2018 to examine child care teachers’ perception and attitude toward multicultural families, and 187 copies were used to obtain the results of the study. SPSS 22.0 statistical program was used, and t-test, F-test and Scheffé test were conducted. The results of this study are as follows. First, the analysis of the perception of the teachers attitude and role according to the demographic characteristics of multicultural child care showed an average of 3.79 on Likert 5-point scale. Second, there was a significant difference in the content of education, learning environment, education goal, and support system. Therefore, this study suggests the need to establish the attitude and role of day care teachers, the goal of multicultural child care, the learning environment, and the supporting system in terms of child care teachers’ perception of multicultural child care.
