본 연구의 목적은 중소 중견기업 조직 구성원의 자기효능감이 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이들 관계에서 직무열의의 매개역할을 검증하기 위한 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of self-efficacy of small and medium-sized enterprises members on the job performance , and to verify the mediating role of job engagement in these relationships. For this purpose, we surveyed 370 members of SMEs and used 330 valid questionnaires for empirical analysis. Self-efficacy was measured as three sub-dimensions of self-confidence, self-control efficacy, and task difficulty preference. As a result of the analysis, all three sub-dimensions showed significant positive effects on job engagement, and self-confidence and self-control efficacy directly affect job performance. In addition, job engagement played a mediating role in the relationship between self-efficacy and job performance. That is, self-confidence, self-control efficacy, partial mediation, and task difficulty preference were found to be full mediators.
