We conducted integrated analysis of the changes of Multifidus and Erector Spinal muscles during multiple trunk stabilization exercises of participants with non-specific lower back pain. 10 subjects were selected through Visual Analog Scale and Oswestry Disability Questionnaire. We decided an order of gestures randomly by lots and implemented this order for three times. the muscle thickness was measured by ultrasound during the movement. A non-parametric method Friedman test was used to compare the individual muscle thickness of the patients according to the three movements. There was no significant difference in the Multifidus muscle (p>.05) and Erector Spinal muscle (p>.05) during multiple trunk stabilization exercises. Based on this study, we need continuous studies that applying exercises selectively according to patients individual capacities.
