‘성리학적 구성주의’ 관점과 복잡계 이론으로 본 빌리 브란트와 김대중의 평화 사상 및 정책과 제4차 산업혁명의 원리

The Peace Ideas and Policy of Willy Brandt and Kim Dae-jung, Fourth Industrial Revolution from the Perspective of the Constructivism of Sunglihak and Complex Theory

빌리 브란트와 김대중의 평화 사상과 정책의 핵심은 ‘끊임없는 다양성 속의 통일 원리’를 실천하는데 있었다. 이를 통해 그들은 적(敵)의 개념을 지양(止揚)하고자 했다. 이러한 평화를 위한 브란트와 김대중의 사유의 틀이 각각 유럽연방주의 사상과 동방정책, 글로벌 민주주의 개념과 햇볕정책에서 명확히 드러났다. 차이를 차별의 대상으로 보지 않고 다양성으로 보아 존중하며, 서로 다른, 경우에 따라 대립되는 것들이 끊임없이 상호 작용하여 새로운 것을 만들어 냄으로써 적 (敵)의 개념을 지양(止揚)하고, 새로운 것을 만들어 내고자 하였다. 이것이 그들의 평화 사상의 요체였다. 브란트의 경우, 그의 이러한 평화 사상은 전후 독일의 나치 시대에 대한 반성과 연계되어 있었다. 현재 진행되고 있는 제4차 산업혁명도 전후 독일의 나치 시대에 대한 반성에 기초하여 참여민주주의를 심화시키는 방향으로 전개되고 있다. 필자는 이를 브란트의 유산이란 관점에서 살펴보고, 그 동력으로서 ‘끊임없는 다양성 속의 통일 원리’를 설명했다. 김대중의 햇볕정책은 일제 식민지 시대, 냉전 및 분단 시대에 기초한 민족주의 이념과 초국가주의 민주주의 사상에 기초했다. 그의 햇볕정책 속에 담긴 열린 민족주의, 적극적 평화주의, 전 지구적 민주주의 이상을 또한 ‘성리학적 구성주의’ 시각과 복잡계 이론을 적용하여 보다 보편적인 차원에서 체계적으로 조명하고자 하였다. 햇볕정책의 유산과 현 제4차 산업혁명의 과제를 융합적으로 추진할 것을 제안했다.

The Peace Ideas and Policy of Willy Brandt and Kim Dae-jung were based on the principles of the unity in diversity in continuity. Through the continuous construction of identity in the form of unity in diversity, Brandt tried to avoid the concept of the enemy. He tried to construct the concept We in the dialectical mutual actions of the concept I and You continuously. That was the main stream and driving force of his peace thoughts expressed in his European Federalism and Ostpolitik . The author of this article see the principles of the unity in diversity in continuity in both Sunglihak and the Complex System Theory. So, the author tries to adopt Sunglihak and the Complex Theory for the systematic illumination of the peace ideas of Willy Brandt. He sees the fundamental contribution of the peace ideas of Willy Brandt in the Fourth Industrial Revolution of Germany as the heritage. The German Fourth Industrial Revolution has the driving force of the principle of the unity in diversity based on the complex system theories and concepts. The author of this article sees the strong impulse for the participatory democracy in Germany. He tries to study and explain the whole complex of these subjects and concepts, and their mutual relations. The sunshine policy of Kim Dae-jung represented his nationalism and democracy idea. In his concepts of the open nationalism, peace creation, global democracy, we see also the needs to adopt Sunglihak and the Complex Theory for the systematic illumination. The Korean Fourth Industrial Revolution has to have the driving force of the principle of the unity in diversity based on the complex system theories and concepts.
