보육교사의 자아탄력성, 셀프리더십 및 행복감의 구조적 관계

The Structural Relationship among Child Care Teacher’s Self-Resilience, Self-Leadership and Happiness

본 연구는 보육교사의 자아탄력성, 셀프리더십이 행복감에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 구조적 관계를 알아봄으로써 보육교사의 정서적인 안정과 행복감을 높일 수 있도록 도와주고, 보육교사의 행복을 증진시킬 수 있는 교사교육 프로그램 개발 및 정책방안 의 기초를 마련하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 선행연구를 토대로 보육교사의 자아탄력성, 셀프리더십 및 행복감의 구조적 관계 모형을 설정하였으며, 이를 검증하기 위해 2017년 5월 16일부터 7월 1일 사이에 경기도 H시 보육교사 보수교육에 참여한 보육교사를 대상으로 관련 변인에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 163명의 보육교사들로부터 수집된 자료는 SPSS(ver.18.0)와 AMOS(ver. 18.0)로 분석하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사의 자아탄력성과 셀프리더십은 각각 행복감에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 자아탄력성과 행복감의 관계에서 셀프리더십이 부분적 매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 보육교사의 자아탄력성, 셀프 리더십은 행복감에 직·간접적으로 영향을 미치는 변인임을 확인할 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the structural relationship between self-resilience, self-leadership and happiness of child care teachers. Based on the previous studies, a structural relationship model consisting of self-resilience, self-leadership and happiness of the child care teachers was set up. The data were collected from 163 child care teachers who participated in the teacher s continuing education in H city of Gyeonggi-do and analyzed using SPSS (ver. 18.0) and AMOS (ver. 18.0). The results of the study were as follows. First, the self-resilience and self-leadership of child care teachers all had direct effects on happiness. Second, self-leadership had a partial mediating effect on self-resilience and happiness. In conclusion, it was confirmed that self-resilience of child care teachers had both direct and indirect effects on happiness and self-leadership had a direct effect on happiness. We hope that the results of this study will be used to lay the foundation for the development of teacher education programs and policies that can enhance the emotional stability and happiness of child care teachers.
