K-Beauty 전문인의 직업 문식성 신장을 위한 한국어 교육과정 개발 연구

Development of the Korean Language Education Curriculum for improving Job Literacy of K-Beauty worker

본고의 목적은 K-Beauty 업계 종사자의 직업 문식성 신장을 위하여 한국어 교육과정을 개발하는 데 있다. 많은 외국인들이 한국 이·미용 기술을 배우고 있으나 한국어를 정식으로 배운 수강생은 드물고 주로 미용 현장에서 필요한 어휘 및 표현들을 습득하고 있다. 이에 본고는 한국어 교육과정 개발을 역설하며 먼저 Ⅱ장에서는 직업 문식성의 개념을 살펴보고, 한국어 교육적 접근이 필요함을 보였다. 이어 국가직무능력표준(NCS)이 밝히는 이·미용인의 직업 수행 능력을 살폈으며, Ⅲ장에서는 진급을 위해 요구되는 직무 능력을 분석하고, 심층 면접을 통해 학습자 요인을 분석하였다. 이어 7개의 교육과정 개발 원리를 추출하고 이러한 논의를 종합하여 교육 내용을 선정하였다. Ⅲ.4장에서는 <이·미용 어휘 및 표현>, <이·미용 비즈니스 한국어>, <대화의 기술> 등 세 강좌를 선정하였다. 각각의 성취 기준을 설정하고 학습 과제를 예 시로 보이고 수업 운영 및 평가를 통해 본 교육과정이 실무를 위해 사용될 수 있도록 틀을 마련하였다.

The purpose of this article is to develop the Korean language curriculum for enhancing job literacy of K-Beauty workers. Many foreigners are learning Korean beauty techniques in Korea, however, few students have studied the Korean language in the education institutions. Most of them acquire the necessary vocabulary and expressions in the field. The discussion of this paper develops as follows. In chapterⅡ, we look at the concept of Job Literacy and show the need for an Korean educational approach. Next, we examine the job performance of National Competency Standards(NCS). In Chapter Ⅲ, we analyze the job skills required for promotion and the factors of learners by in-depth interviews. And then we select the contents of education through the 7 principles of curriculum development. In III.4, three lectures are selected: <Beauty vocabulary and expression>, <Beauty business Korean>, and <Communication skills>. Each ‘the achievement standard is set up and the learning tasks are shown as an example. This study provides a framework for the use of this curriculum for practical purposes with classroom operation and evaluation.
