북한 이념갈등의 특징과 극복에 관한 연구 - 군 정신교육을 중심으로-

A Study on Characteristics and Overcoming Conflicts of Ideological Conflict between South and North Korea -Centered on military mental education -

최근 남북한은 4월 27일 정상회담과 싱가포르에서 6월 12일 미·북 회담을 통해 북한의 비핵화와 한반도 평화구축에 합의하였다. 회담후 속조치로 사회·문화적 교류가 다양하게 전개되면서, 8·15 이산가족 상봉행사, 고위급 및 장성급 회담, 체육회담 등 가시적 활동과 정전협정 및 평화협정이 심층깊게 논의되고 있다. 이러한 추세가 지속된다면, 독일처럼 통일과 군사통합도 전혀 배제할 수 없다. 그러한 의미에서 본연구는 만약 남북한 통일과 군사통합이 이루어질 경우 가장 걸림돌이 되고 있는 이념갈등의 원인을 군 정신교육에서 찾아보고, 극복하는 방안을 제시하는데 있다 연구 사례의 기반이 되는 동서독도 통일 이전에는 동독군과 서독군의 이념갈등이 심각한 수준이었으나, 서독군의 일관된 군 정신교육으로 갈등과 대립을 극복하고 성공적인 통일과 군사통합을 달성하였다. 남북한 장병은 분단과 상이한 체제 속에 각각 자국위주 정신교육을 통해 이념갈등이 매우 심각한 수준으로 한반도 통일 간에 선결적으로 해결해야 할 과제가 이념갈등 극복이라고 본다.

Recently, the two Koreas agreed to denuclearize North Korea and build peace on the Korean Peninsula through the summit on April 27 and the US-North talks on June 12 in Singapore. As social and cultural exchanges have developed with the follow-up to the talks, visible activities such as the 8·15 family reunion, high-level and senior-level talks, and sports talks, as well as armistice agreements and peace agreements are deeply discussed. If this trend continues, unification and military integration like Germany, can not be ruled out at all. In this sense, this study suggests ways to find and overcome the causes of ideological conflict which is the most stumbling block in the case of unification of North and South Korea In East Germany, which is the basis of the research case, ideological conflict between the East and West Germany was serious before unification, but it succeeded in unification and military integration by overcoming the conflict and confrontation with the consistent military mental education of the West German army. The soldiers of the two Koreas are in a very different state of mind through the differentiated system, and their ideological conflicts are very serious. Therefore, we must overcome ideological conflicts before the unification of the Korean peninsula.
