무용전공 여중생과 일반 여중생의 척추측만증 관련변인의 상대적 위험률

Odds Ratio of the Idiopathic Scoliosis of the Dance Major and General Middle School students

무용전공여중생과 일반여중생의 척추측만 양상의 차이를 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 무용을 전공하는 여중생과 일반중학교에서 무용을 전공하지 않는 여중생의 척추측만 발생에 따른 상대적 위함률을 검증하기 위하여 서울시 Y예술중학교, G예술중학교, 그리고 경기도 G예술중학교의 여중생 91명과 서울시 S일반여자중학교 여중생 60명 총 151명을 유목적적으로 표집하여 검사자료를 최종분석에 적용하였다. 연구대상은 예술중학교에서 무용을 전공하고 있는 여중생 91명과 일반중학교에서 무용을 전공하지 않은 여중생 60명이다. 카이검증의 자료처리를 통하여 상대적 위험률(승산비)를 산출하여 다음과 같은 결론이 도출되었다. 첫째, 이 연구의 목적은 무용전공여중생집단과 일반여중생집단의 척추측만의 유무의 차이를 분석한 결과, 무용전공여중생과 일반여중생은 척추측만은 유의한 차이가 있다. 둘째, 무용전공여중생집단과 일반 여중생집단의 흉추변형은 유의한 차이가 있다. 셋째, 무용전공여중생집단과 일반여중생 집단의 측면자세변형은 유의한 차이가 있다. 넷째, 무용전공여중생집단과 일반여중생 집단의 척추측만지각는 유의한 차이는 없다.

The aim of this study was analysis of the Idiopathic Scoliosis between dance major and general female adolescents in middle school. A total of subjects are 151 female adolescents were in middle school. This study was screening examination about two groups(dance major n=91 and general n=60). As a result, first, the prevalence was presented that was showed differences significantly Idiopathic Scoliosis on dance majored female adolescents, and on general female adolescents. Second, the types of the thoracic differences of vertebra was showed difference significantly between groups. Third, posture test result was showed difference significantly between groups. Fourth, perception of the Idiopathic Scoliosis was showed indifference significantly between groups. Third, the lateral types of vertabra were presented between groups the posterior bended vertebra, anterior bended vertebra.
