This study examines the effects of ethics program on organizational citizenship behavior(OCB). Also, the purpose of this article is to expand on prior research by investing the three-way interaction effect of ethics programs, CEO ethical leadership, and person-organizational value fit(P-O fit). The results of this study targeted 357 company employees are as follows: First, a high level of corporate ethics programs showed a positive effects on organizational citizenship behavior. Second, the 2-way interaction between ethics programs and CEO ethical leadership on OCB was more highly to occur when CEO ethical leadership was high rather than low. Third, this study demonstrated a 3-way interaction effect, such that corporate ethics programs, CEO ethical leadership, and person-organization fit were jointly associated with subordinates’ organizational citizenship behavior. ① employee with a higher P-O fit, OCB weakened when there was a low level of corporate ethics programs and a high level of CEO ethical leadership. ② Also, employee with a higher P-O fit, OCB increased when there was a high level of ethics programs and a high level of CEO ethical leadership. ③ Particularly, employee with a higher P-O fit, OCB showed at a constant level at low level of CEO ethical leadership regardless of corporate ethics programs. ④ Finally, employee with a lower P-O fit, OCB was more higher to occur when CEO ethical leadership was high rather than low. Based on the results of this study, implications, limitations of research and directions for future research were discussed.
