학부모가 인식하는 유치원의 사회적 자본이 학부모 만족과 유치원과의 협력의도에 미치는 영향연구

Investigating the effect of kindergarten’s social capital on parental satisfaction and cooperative Intension.

본 연구는 학부모가 인식하는 유치원의 사회적 자본이 학부모 만족과 유치원과의 협력의도에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 연구모형은 학부모 만족이 학부모가 인식하는 유치원의 사회적 자본과 유치원과의 협력의도를 매개하는 것으로 설정하였다. 분석자료는 경기지역의 유치원 학부모를 대상으로 사회조사전문기관인 엠브레인의 온라인 조사를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 설문은 2018년 8월 4~6일 동안 360명의 자료를 수집하였고, 불성실한 응답이 있는 13부를 제외한 347명을 최종 분석대상으로 하였다. 분석은 SPSS 22와 AMOS 21을 이용하여 확인적 요인분석, 평균분석 및 경로분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과 학부모가 인식하는 유치원의 사회적 자본은 학부모 만족을 부분 매개하여 유치원과의 협력의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 학부모가 인식하는 유치원의 사회적 자본이 학부모의 단순한 만족을 넘어 유치원과 긍정적 상호작용을 하게 함으로서 효과적인 유아교육을 가능하게 할 수 있는 요인임을 확인시켜 주었다. 따라서 유치원은 내부적으로 높은 조직의 사회적 자본을 축적하고 이를 바탕으로 학부모와의 적극적인 협력행동을 유도해야 할 것이다.

This study employed an online survey with parents of children who were attending kindergartens in KyungGi-Do area. The participants were recruited from an online panel provided by M-Brain, a research company. The survey was conducted from August 4th to 6th and a total of 360 respondents participated in the survey. Excluding 13 incomplete surveys left 347 survey data for the final analysis. Confirmatory factor analysis, average analysis, and path analysis were conducted using SPSS 22 and AMOS 21. The results showed that the perceived social capital of kindergarten partially mediated the path between satisfaction and cooperation with the kindergartens. This result confirmed that the perceived social capital increased parental satisfaction with kindergarten and further fostered a positive engagement with kindergarten, which made effective early childhood education possible. The findings of this study suggest that kindergartens should try to increase social capital to encourage parental cooperation and collaboration.
