성인학습자의 이러닝 학습환경에서 이러닝 준비도, 이러닝 학습전략, 만족도 간의 관계 분석

The relationships of adult learners’ e-learning readiness, e-learning strategy, and student’s satisfaction in e-learning environment.

본 연구는 성인학습자의 이러닝 환경에서 이러닝 준비도, 이러닝 학습전략, 이러닝만족도 간의 관계를 분석하기 위해 수행되었다. 이를 위하여 ‘자기주도학습법’ 온라인수업을 수강하고 있는 원격대학원 재학생 208명을 대상으로 온라인 학습시스템을 통해 이러닝 준비도, 학습전략, 만족도에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 수집은 약 2주간 이루어졌으며 설문에 응한 학생은 총 172명 이었다. 자료수집 후, 기술통계분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석, 부트스트래핑 방법을 통한 매개효과분석을 실시하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성인학습자의 이러닝 준비도와 이러닝 학습전략 수준은 양호하였으나, 이러닝 준비도에서 ‘정보공유 및 관리’, 이러닝 학습전략으로 ‘과부하통제’와 ‘비동시성 통제전략’이 상대적으로 낮았다. 둘째, 이러닝 준비도, 학습전략, 만족도 간에는 모두 유의한 상관관계가 나타났다. 셋째, 이러닝 준비도와 이러닝 학습전략의 하위요인들이 이러닝 만족도에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 분석한 결과, 정보처리전략, 사회적 상호작용, 다중토론전략 순으로 만족도에 유의한 영향을 주었다. 넷째, 이러닝 준비도와 이러닝 만족도 간의 관계에서 이러닝 학습전략의 매개효과가 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among variables involved in successful learning experience and outcome in e-learning environment of adult learners. For this study, the survey of e-learning readiness, e-learning strategy, and student satisfaction were conducted to a cyber graduate school students. The results of this study were as follows. First, the level of e-learning readiness and e-learning strategy was generally high, however, ‘information sharing and managing’(from e-learning readiness), and ‘overload management strategy’, ‘asynchronous management strategy’(from e-learning strategy) were relatively low. Second, the correlations among three variables(e-learning readiness, e-learning strategy, and satisfaction) and their sub factors were positive. Third, information-processing strategy, social interaction, group discussion strategy had a main effect on students’ satisfaction in order. Fourth, e-learning strategy had a mediating effect on relationship between e-learning readiness and student’s satisfaction.
