헤어미용 종사자의 스트레스가 피로도에 미치는 영향

The Effects of Job Stress on Fatigue in Beauty Salon Employees

This study investigated the relationship among job stress, socio-psychological stress and fatigue among beauty salon employees, and the results found the following: First, according to analysis of general characteristics, ’20-29’, ‘single’, ‘high school graduate’, ‘1-2 year(s)’, ‘hairstylist’, ’10 hours’, ‘sole proprietorship’ and ‘KRW 1.5-2 million’ were the highest in terms of age, marital status, educational background, work period, job title, average work hours per day, type of beauty salon business and average monthly income, respectively. When asked if they smoke, drive a car or exercise regularly, ‘No’ was the most responded. When asked how often they drink, ‘once or twice per week’ was the highest. Second, according to analysis of differences in socio-psychological stress by general characteristics and life habit, stress was significantly higher among those who were ‘single’, ‘staff’, ’10 hours (work hours)’, ‘less than KRW 1 million (monthly income)’ and ‘those who do not exercise regularly’. Third, when socio-psychological stress and job stress increased, fatigue level rose by 0.320 and by 0.288, respectively.
