부산지역 육아종합지원센터의 시간제보육에 대한 만족감 및 개선점에 대한 연구

A Study on the Satisfaction and Improvement of Part-time Childcare of Childcare of the Support Centers in Busan

본 연구는 부산지역 육아종합지원센터의 시간제보육 서비스 정책이 시행되면서 정책에 대한 부모, 교사, 센터장의 만족감 및 개선점을 살펴보았다. 육아종합지원센터의 시간제보육을 이용하는 부모, 교사, 센터장 각 4인을 심층면담 하였고, 면담한 자료는 모두 전사한 후 전체를 분석하여 각 범주들이 연구의 목적을 반영하도록 하였으며, 각 대상별로 시간제보육 서비스에 대해 느끼는 만족감과 개선점을 부호화하고 유형화하여 분류한 뒤 내용 분석 방법을 사용하였다. 육아종합지원센터의 시간제 보육에 대한 부모, 교사, 센터장의 만족감은 시간제보육 서비스가 가정양육자를 위하여 필요하고 편리한 제도라고 인식하고 있었다. 시간제보육 서비스에 대한 개선점 을 살펴본 결과 부모는 원활한 예약시스템을 원하였고, 교사는 과도한 업무를 감소시킬 수 있는 처우개선을 원하였으며, 센터장은 서비스를 이용하는 부적절한 부모의 태도 변화를 위한 사전 부모교육 및 홍보를 원하는 것으로 나타났다.

This study examined the satisfaction and improvement of parents, teachers, and the center chiefs about the policy with the part-time childcare service of Childcare of the Support Center in Busan. For this purpose, four parents, teachers, and center chiefs were interviewed in depth and all the interviewed data were analyzed after transferring, so that each category reflected the purpose of the study. The satisfaction and improvement points of the part–time childcare service were coded, typed and categorized, and then the content analysis method was used. The satisfaction of parents, teachers, and center chiefs about part-time childcare of Childcare of the Support Center recognized that part-time childcare service is a necessary and convenient system for home childcare. As a result of examining the improvements of the part-time childcare service, the parents wanted a smooth reservation system, the teachers wanted to improve the treatment to reduce excessive work, and the center chiefs wanted to pre-parent education and publicity to change the attitude of parents who are inappropriately using the service.
