예비유아교사의 인권의식이 인권존중과 대학생활 만족도에 미치는 영향

The Affection of Pre-service Early Childhood Teachers’ Human Rights Consciousness on their Respect for Human Right and College Life Satisfaction: Mediate effect of Unconditional Self Acceptance

본 연구는 예비유아교사의 인권의식이 인권존중과 대학생활 만족도에 영향을 주는 과정에서 무조건적 자기수용의 매개효과를 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재지 유아교육과와 보육과에 재학 중인 448명을 대상으로 인권의식, 인권 존중, 대학생활 만족도, 무조건적 자기수용 척도를 사용하여 SPSS 20.0과 AMOS 22.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 인권의식, 인권존중, 대학생활 만족도, 무조건적 자기수용은 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 인권존중과 대학생활 만족도에 영향을 미치는 변인을 분석한 결과, 측정모형과 구조모형의 적합도는 양호한 것으로 나타났으며, 예비유아교사의 인권의식과 인권 존중 간의 관계는 무조건적 자기수용에 의해 부분 매개되었다. 인권의식과 대학생활 만족도 간의 관계는 무조건적 자기수용에 의해 부분 매개되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 예비유아교사의 인권의식과 무조건적 자기수용을 신장시켜줄 수 있는 방안을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to explore how pre-service early childhood teachers’ human rights consciousness on their respect for human right and college life satisfaction with analysing mediate effects of unconditional self acceptance. The subjects in this study were 448 students majoring in early childhood education and care at colleges located in the Gyeonggii-do. Collected data were put to SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results of this study were as follows: First, pre-service early childhood teachers’ human rights consciousness, unconditional self acceptance were correlated with respect for human right, college life satisfaction. Second, as a result of analyzing all variables affecting respect for human right and college life satisfaction, the goodness-of-fit tests of measurement model and structure model were fine. The relation between human rights consciousness and respect for human right was partially mediated by unconditional self acceptance. The relation between human rights consciousness and college life satisfaction was partially mediated by unconditional self acceptance. Based on the results of this study, we discussed how to increase the human rights and unconditional self acceptance awareness of early childhood pre-service teachers.
