대학 교양 교과에서 에니어그램을 활용한 ‘자기탐색 글쓰기’ 지도 방법 연구

A Study on Self-search Writing Teaching Method Using Enneagram in the College Subject of Liberal Arts: Focusing on the Riso & Hudson Theory

이 연구의 목적은 글쓰기 수업에서 학습자 개개인이 자신의 내면을 예민하게 탐색하며 글을 쓰게 하는 교수학습 방법을 에니어그램(Enneagram) 심리프로그램과 연계하여 모색하는 것이다. 아울러 이렇게 설계한 교수학습기법이 자신과 세계에 대한 새로운 지식을 신장시키는 교양 글쓰기의 학습 목표에 기여하는 정도를 살피는 데 있다. 이 연구는 이와 관련된 글쓰기 교수학습방법론을 리소와 허드슨의 에니어그램 성격 유형론 등에 입각하여 설계하였다. 연구의 골자는 에니어그램 이론 전달 기법, 자기탐색 글쓰기 코칭법이다. 그 중 후자는 ‘은유 텍스트 변용하기’ ‘내면 아이에게 편지 쓰기’ 기법 위주로 제시된다. 에니어그램 프로그램은 글쓰기 학습자들의 내면을 개별 화해줌으로써 명징하게 만나게 한다. 자신의 성격 패턴을 비교적 정확히 인지하며 수행하는 글쓰기는 학습자 자기 탐색력을 신장시킬 수 있고, 교수자의 첨삭 시간을 절감시켜 줄 수 있게 된다. 이 점에서 에니어그램 연계 자기 탐색 글쓰기 지도 기법은 정의적 글쓰기 영역 수업을 활성화할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the teaching and learning methods that enable individual learners to search and write their inner thoughts in writing class in connection with the Enneagram psychology program. The purpose of the second research is to see how the designed instructional technique contributes to the learning goal of the liberal writing which develops new knowledge about the student and the world. This study was designed based on Risso and Hudson s enneagram personality typology to develop the writing teaching and learning methodology related to this. The focus of the study is enneagram theory delivery technique, self - exploration writing coaching method. The latter is mainly focused on modifying metaphorical text and writing a letter to a inner-child technique. The enneagram program allows the students to meet clearly by personalizing the inside of the writing learners.Writing that perceives its own personality pattern relatively accurately can extend the learner self-search ability and reduce the time spent by the instructor. In this regard, it is expected that enneagram -related self- exploration writing instruction technique can activate class in emotional writing area.
