In this paper we introduce the concept of equi-integrability of sequence of the fuzzy number-valued AP-Henstock-Stieltjes in-tegrable functions. Under this concept, we prove two convergence theorems for sequences of the fuzzy number-valued AP-Henstock-Stieltjes integrable functions.
