A Study on the Inscribed Boards of Shaolin Temple

소림사는 중국뿐만 아니라 세계적으로도 유명한 천년 고찰로 손꼽힌다. 그래서 소림사는 국내외 학자들의 지속적인 주목을 받아왔고, 학자들은 소림사에 대하여 다방면으로 깊이 연구하였다. 특히, ‘무문화’, ‘선문화’ 등을 심도 깊게 연구해왔다. 그 러나 그 중 현존하는 현판 등 서예 자원에 대한 연구는 아직 미흡하다. 본 논문은 소림사에 현존하는 현판을 통해 그 서법의 특색 및 원인을 분석하고자 한다.

Shaolin temple, as a thousand-year ancient temple in China and even in the world, has been deeply concerned by scholars at home and abroad. For the study of Shaolin temple, scholars have made many discussions, such as its wu-culture and zen culture . However, the study of calligraphy resources such as inscribed board is not mature. This paper analyzes the features and causes of the calligraphy of the existing inscribed board of Shaolin temple.
