한국 초등학교 영어 교과서에 나타나는 번역 양상 연구

A study of translation pattern on the elementary public English textbook

This study aims to compare and analyze the translation pattern of the elementary English textbook. The selection of textbooks included public English textbooks and private English textbooks are needed to be taught the importance of the translation. At the same time, I analyzed the private English reading textbooks which are always available in any bookstores. The first difference between the textbooks was the amount of elements from different cultural backgrounds- the public English textbooks ①, ④ and ⑤ had less elements from different cultural backgrounds than ② and ③. The second difference was the amount of translated text- public English textbooks ②and ③ had more translated text than the public textbooks ①, ④ and ⑤. The third difference was the amount of dialogues. The Public textbooks ② and③ had more dialogues that the ①, ④ and ⑤. In the meanwhile, the private English textbooks ave low quality when it compared by 3 analyzing different ways.
