현재 4차산업혁명에 의한 영향에 대한 논의가 활발하다. 본 논문에서는 가상현실기술이 부동산업에 주는 영향을 분석하기 위해서 먼저 가상현실의 개념 및 주요 기술적 요소를 살펴보고, 가상현실을 체험하고 가상현실영상을 제작하는 방법을 정리하여 소개하였다. 다음으로 현실에서 가상현실기술이 부동산업에 적용된 사례들을 가상현실견본주택, 가상현실을 이용한 부동산중 개서비스와 인테리어 디자인 시뮬레이션, 가상현실공간정보시스템을 소개하고 가상현실기술이 부동산업에 주는 의미에 대해서 분석하였다. 또 가상현실기술과 부동산업에 대한 향후 전망을 기술적인 측면과 부동산업계의 측면에서 나누어 분석하고 이를 종합하여 정리를 하였다.
1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to analyze the principles and the impact on real estate industries of virtual reality technology. (2) RESEARCH METHOD Literature Research, man to man interview method and case study were employed as the research method. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS I introduced the basic elements of virtual technology and practices and analyzed the impact on real estate industries of virtual reality technology 2. RESULTS The findings could be summarized as follows: First, Virtual Reality Technology can decrease the cost of visiting and the time in acquiring real estate information. Second, it can increase the degree of interaction and trust because it offers 360-degree pictures. Third, it can offer simulation cheaply in decision making at real estate activity. Fourth, it can overcome the limit of space and time in the real estate industries. This study has its significance in that it systematically presented the technical introduction of virtual realtity and the impact on real estate industries of virtual reality technology.
