TWI 통신을 이용한 Stepping Motor 제어에 관한 연구

A Study on Stepping Motor Control Using TWI

In this study, a stepping motor used in the field for automation equipment is controlled by a motor driver and a microprocessor using a programming technique. Stepping motor control using a microprocessor typically adopts a technique where by he motor is controlled by providing pulse signals generated by interrupts to the motor driver. However, this technique is not sufficient for controlling multiple independent stepping motors simultaneously. In this study, we suggest the use of a stepping motor control technique with at two-wire serial interface (TWI) communication control method between a master and a slave, using aTWI module integrated into the microprocessor. For this study, we have developed and constructed hardware and software systems for TWI communication, which has been used to control a stepping motor. It is advantageous to control a stepping motor using a TWI communication as it can control multiple independent stepping motors simultaneously.
