This paper introduces the contradictions of school education and system as a new educational paradigm, and analyzes the conceptual definition of the identity of lifelong education. The essence of the theory of Illich s claim of Deschooling is liberation from institutionalized values. Deschooling of Socity is at the heart of these criticisms and alternatives. Illich s philosophy of lifelong learning is to improve the structure so that it can be easily used by the public, and equitable opportunities for learning and teaching. In Illich the new educational system is to disassemble and distribute the pyramid structure of education first, so that anyone who wants to learn should be able to access easily, and at the same time, the learner should be a route to use education regardless of proof of identity, property, will be. This idea of Illich reflects the belief that “providing education for all is an education by everyone” implies the philosophy of lifelong education.
