보육서비스 만족도와 양육효능감이 후속출산의도에 미치는 영향

The Effect of Mothers Child Care Services Satisfaction and Parental Efficacy on Fertility Intention of Second Childbirth

본 연구는 저출산 정책의 핵심 대상자인 영아기 한 자녀 어머니의 보육서비스 만족도 양육효능감 및 후속출산의도 간의 관계와 후속출산의도에 미치는 영향력을 살펴보고자 하였다 연구대상은 어린이집에 3개월 이상 재원 중인 36개월 이하 한 자녀 어머니 292명의 자료를 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째 어머니의 보육서비스 만족도 양육효능감을 살펴본 결과 원장 보육교사에 대한 만족도가 높은 반면 부모교육에 대한 만족도 양육효능감의 자녀교육이 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다 둘째 어머니의 양육효능감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 가구수입 보육프로그램과 부모교육으로 나타났다 셋째 후속출산의도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자녀 월령과 보육서비스 만족도 하위요인 보육프로그램 영아보육이며 양육효능감 하위요인 건강한 양육으로 나타났다 본 연구를 통해 양질의 보육서비스가 어머니의 양육효능감 및 후속출산의도에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 저출산 문제를 해결하기 위한 사회 구조적 차원의 인프라로써 어린이집에서 제공하는 보육서비스의 중요성을 재고하고 저출산 문제 해결 방안 마련을 위해 필요한 기초 자료를 제시했다는데 연구의 의의가 있다.

The purposes of this study were to examine the relations among mothers’ child care service satisfaction, parental efficacy and the fertility intention of second childbirth, and to investigate the effects of mothers’ child care service satisfaction and parental efficacy on the fertility intention of mothers’ second childbirth. The participants of this study were 292 mothers with single child under 36 months enrolling in a child care center. To analyze data, Pearson’s correlation and regression analyses were used. The results of this study suggest that the high quality child care service could enhance the parental efficacy of mothers and the fertility intention of second childbirth. It also emphasize the important role of child care service as a social and structural infrastructure in solving the low birth late problem.
