다문화 내담자를 위한 표현예술치료 개입 연구동향

Research Trends in Expressive Arts Therapy of Multicultural Client in Korea: Analysis of Journals

본 연구는 다문화 내담자를 위한 표현예술치료적 개입을 연구한 학회지에 게재된 논문을 분석하여 동향을 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2008년부터 2018년까지 학회지에 게재된 총 58편을 분석에 사용하였다. 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미술치료가 다른 치료 기법들보다 많이 이루어진 것을 알 수 있다. 개입 연구는 2011년부터 2013년에 갑자기 증가하였으나 이후에는 감소하였으며 최근까지 꾸준히 이루어지는 것을 알 수 있다. 둘째, 대부분 아동/청소년과 영/유아를 중심으로 이루어지고 있다. 셋째, 실험연구가 대부분이었으며, 실험집단만으로 연구가 이루어진 경우와 실험-통제 집단이 함께 이루어진 경우가 비슷하였다. 자료 수집은 실험 후 사 전-사후 질문지를 통하여 검증을 하는 경우가 가장 많았으며, 실험 후 면접, 투사검사 분석, 참여자 및 치료자의 보고를 분석한 경우도 많았다. 넷째, 통계적 분석 방법으로는 사전-사후 t-test가 가장 많았으며, 기술통계, 변량분석 순으로 나타났다. 면접, 투사검사 분석, 참여자 및 치료자의 보고를 질적 분석한 경우도 많았으며, 양적 분석과 질적 분석을 함께 실시한 혼합분석도 다수 이루어졌음을 알 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze 58 papers from 2008 to August 2018 in the Korean Journals about Research Trends in Expressive Arts Therapy of Multicultural Client. More specifically, it focused on the publishing status, research type, research content, subject, research area, use and methods of expressive arts therapy, the data analysis method, and other methods of demographic analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, the most used therapy was art therapy and the amount of researches steadily increased in 2011-2013. Second, research on the child and youth of the research subjects was the most common type of research. Studies were not composed of various areas, and the percentile of the study about child and adolescent area was the highest. The types and methods of researches have been studied within the experimental design. Data analysis methods commonly used in quantitative research were used in the following order of t-test, descriptive statistics, and variance analysis. And qualitative research analysis method and mixed methods research were used.
