명화를 활용한 RAFT 기반 공감적 글쓰기가 예비유아교사의 공감능력과 협동성에 미치는 영향

The effect of famous painting applied RAFT-based empathic writing on empathic ability and cooperation competence of pre-service early childhood teachers

이 연구는 명화를 활용한 RAFT 기반의 공감적 글쓰기 활동이 예비유아교사의 공감능력과 협동성에 미치는 효과를 알아보는 데 있다. 이를 위해 K시에 소재한 D 대학교 유아교육과 2학년 30명(실험집단 15명, 통제집단 15명)을 대상으로 선정하였으며, 연구 기간은 2018년 3월 16일부터 6월 15일까지 진행되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/ PC(win 28.0) 프로그램을 사용하여 독립표본 t-검증으로 그 효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 명화를 활용한 RAFT 기반 공감적 글쓰기는 실험집단 예비유아 교사들의 공감능력 전체와 인지적 공감과 정서적 공감 능력을 향상시켰다. 둘째, 명화를 활용한 RAFT 기반 공감적 글쓰기는 실험집단 예비유아교사들의 협동성 전체와 타인배려, 조화, 그리고 협력 성향을 증진시킨 것으로 나타났다. 이는 명화를 활용한 RAFT 기반 공감적 글쓰기 프로그램이 예비유아교사의 공감능력과 협동성 역량 강화에 효과적인 프로그램임을 시사한다.

This study examined the effect of famous painting applied RAFT-based empathic writing on empathic ability and cooperation competence of pre-service early childhood teachers. The experiment was performed on 30 freshmen university students (15 in the experimental group and 15 in the control group), majoring in Early Childhood Education from A university in D city and this experiment was held from 16th March to 15th June 2018. The collected data was verified by SPSS WIN 24.0 (independent sample t-test and case analyzation). As a result, the experiment found that the empathic writing improved overall empathic abilities along with cognitive and emotional empathic abilities of the experimental group. The result further elaborated that the empathic writing improved the overall cooperation competences including caring for others and the harmonization of the team. This concluded that the empathic writing was an effective tool to strengthen the empathic ability and cooperation competence of pre-service early childhood teachers.
