핵심역량과 교과 역량의 관점에서 2015 개정 교육과정 분석 및 결과 활용 방안 탐구

Analyzing the 2015 Revised Curriculum centered on competencies and exploring the effective way to use its results for school curriculum design

이 연구는 역량의 관점에서 2015 개정 교과 및 창의적 체험활동 교육과정을 분석 하고 이를 학교 교육과정 설계 및 교육과정 재구성에 활용하는 방법을 제안하는 데목적이 있다. 이를 위해 공통 교육과정인 초등학교와 중학교의 총 12개 교과 및 창의적 체험활동 교육과정을 분석 대상 교과로 선정한 후, 총 23명의 교과 전문가를 13개의 워킹그룹으로 구성하여 2015 개정 교육과정 문서를 분석하였다. 이 논문에서는 분석 결과를 (1) 핵심역량과 교과 역량의 관계 분석, (2) 교과 역량에 따른 교과 교육과정 분석, (3) 핵심역량에 따른 창의적 체험활동 교육과정 분석의 세 가지 주제로 제시 하였으며, 이러한 분석 결과를 활용하여 교육과정 재구성하는 방안을 제안하였다. 결론에서는 학교 현장에서 이러한 분석 결과의 활용을 더욱 효과적으로 활용할 수 있도록 온라인 지원 시스템 개발을 제안하는 동시에, 역량과 관련하여 향후 교육과정 개정 시 고려해야 할 사항을 제언하였다.

This study aims to analyze the 2015 Revised subject and creative experiential activity curriculum centered on competencies and suggests the effective way to use its results for school curriculum design. For this purpose, it selected 12 subjects and creative experiential activity curriculum contained in common curriculum and made the working group consisting of 23 subject experts analyze curriculum according to the analytical framework. The results are summarized in the following three main themes: (1) relationship between key competencies and subject competencies, (2) analyzing subject curriculum centering in subject competencies, (3) analyzing creative experiential activity curriculum centering in key competencies. According to the results, this study showed how school teachers can reconstruct school curriculum through using this results. Finally, this study proposed online system development plan to effectively support curriculum reconstruction, and suggests considerations in the future curriculum revision for development of effective curriculum for cultivation key competencies.
