This study try to find out how much could possibly effect Korean Restaurant owner s perception, Physical Environment on the Management Satisfaction. The followings are the research methods: We contact face to face with total 284 owners and let them write their own ways and collect valid surveys within Jeonju, Kunsan, Iksan, Kimzae, Jeungup, Namwon, Wanju among 14 Jeonbuk province. In order to accurate statistic process, this study adopts frequency analysis, descriptive statistic analysis, factorial analysis, reliability analysis and t-test ANOVA analysis . In conclusion, the hypothesis that Dining Space Design s elements would affect plus(+) effect on Management Satisfaction on it is adopted. The Dining Space Design s elements are important to reconsider Physical Environment.
