공동육아 20년의 기록, 공동육아 회보 분석을 위한 이론적 모색

Inquiry into directions to analyze the bulletin contents of the cooperative child care and education

공동육아 어린이집은 1994년에 최초 설립되어 현재에 이르고 있다. 이후 공동육아 어린이집은 꾸준히 증가하고 있으며 그 과정에서 구성원들의 경험과 정보, 의견을 표현하고 공유하는 공동육아회보가 초창기부터 지금까지 발간되고 있다. 발간 20주년을 넘기면서 공동육아 회보 내용을 다시 읽고 해석하여 정리하고자 하는 요구와 열망이 내부 구성원들로부터 나타나게 되었다. 본 연구는 20년간의 방대한 기록물을 본격적으로 분석하고 해석하기에 앞서 어떤 관점과 이론적 틀로 접근해 야 할지에 대한 방향 모색과 고민의 과정을 정리한 것이다. 모색의 과정에서 구성원 간의 대화와 담론 형성의 기록이 회보에 담겨 있다는 점에서 이론적 틀로서 Bakhtin의 대화주의 이론과 담론분석 이론이 회보 내용 분석에 실마리와 통찰을 제공할 수 있을 것이라 보았다. 또한 회보 자체가 갖는 역사적 기록물로서의 가치뿐만 아니라 기록의 과정을 통해 구성원이 과거 경험을 현재에 불러내고, 해석하는 지속적인 행위의 매개물로서의 의미를 고려할 때 현재의 관점과 문제의식 아래서 과 거를 새롭게 해석하는 적극적 가치 창조의 방법으로 역사를 탐구하는 관점과 태도의 수용이 필요하다고 판단하였다.

The first cooperative child care center opened in 1991. Since then, the number of cooperative child care centers has been increased up to today. From the early era of the cooperative child care centers the members of the cooperative child care centers have expressed and share their experiences, view points, tips and so on through the bulletin of cooperative child care and education. It has been over 20 years. The members of cooperative child care centers ended up the goal to look back on the contents of the bulletin for the last 20 years. The members expect to learn what they have done so far. By doing so they seemed to expect to realize the meaning of what they did and to figure out what direction to go. This article is a sort of product from the preparing process for the interpreting and analyzing all the contents of the bulletin for 20 years. The following are what I sought for theoretical frames as the ways of approaching to the enormous contents. Considering the function of the bulletin for the members of the cooperative child care as a discourse community, I came to the ideas that the Bakhtinian perspectives and discourse analysis would be useful. In addition, looking at the retrospect and prospect practices of the members, the genealogical approach could be appropriate rather than the historical framework of positivism.
