간호대학생의 의사소통에 관한 국내 연구동향 분석

Analysis of Research Trends about Communication of nursing students in Korea (1998∼2018 year)

Purpose : This study analyzed the articles published in the Korean Journal for the past 20 years currently, we are trying to understand the research trends of communication among nursing students. Methods : This study is a descriptive research study analyzing 57 articles published in the korean journal for the last 20 years(1998~2018). Results : As a result of this study, 8(15%) from 2001 to 2010 and 49(85%) from 2011 to 2018 increased to 31(54.4%) from 2015 onwards. The subjects of the study were seven clinical practice stress(8.8%), empathy, communication(8.8%), six critical thinking(7.5%) and six communication enhancement(7.5%). The quantitative study consisted of 49 subjects(86.0%), 35 subjects(61.4%) and 12 experimental subjects(21.0%). The qualitative research was 5 subjects(8.7%), focus group, concept analysis, and triangulation(1.8%). Conclusion : It is possible to elucidate the problem situation suitable for the clinical practice and to develop the problem solving strategy and method by using the descriptive, qualitative research, Q methodological research, and experimental study.
