ERP시스템 실행 핵심 성공요인에 대한 한국과 중국의 중요도 인식 차이에 관한 연구

A Study on perceptual differences in critical success factors of ERP systems for small-to-medium firms in China and Korea

ERP시스템의 성공적인 도입과 구현은 기업의 중요한 과제가 되고있다. 중국의 경우, 중소기업이 정보화 발전을 하고 있는 현 시점에서 ERP시스템은 중국 중소기업 발전에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 중국기업은 ERP시스템을 성공적으로 실행하는 비율이 낮으며 실패한 기업도 많기 때문에 ERP시스템의 핵심 실행 성공요인을 찾는 것은 매우 중요하다. ERP시스템의 성공요인에 대한 연구는 많이 진행되어왔으며 이러한 선행 연구를 토대로 ERP시스템을 실행하여 보완점을 개선하는 것은 중국 중소기업이 당면한 과제이다. 본 연구는 ERP시스템 성공 모델 이론과 ERP시스템을 도입한 중국 중소기업을 대상으로 하는 실증적 자료에 근거하여 6개의 ERP시스템 핵심 성공요인을 제시하였다. 그리고 국내 중소기업과의 비교분석을 통해 양국 중소기업 간의 ERP시스템 실행 핵심 성공요인에 대한 중요도의 인식차이가 있는지를 검증하였고 이에 대한 원인분석 및 중국 중소기업 ERP시스템의 효율적 실행방안을 탐색하였다. 그 결과 양국의 중요도인식에는 차이가 존재하는 것으로 나타났으며, 본 연구를 통해 도출된 요인은 중국 기업이 ERP시스템을 더 효율적으로 실행하는 데에 긍정적인 영향을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

It is an important subject of enterprise that how to make ERP system input and implementation for success. In the stage of high-speed development of SMEs informatization, ERP system plays an important impact on SMEs’ development in China, however, many enterprises failed in implementation of ERP system because successful implementation rates of Chinese enterprises are lower. So it is important to search successful elements of ERP system. There are a lot of research works on successful elements of ERP system’s implementation been done in the past literatures. Base on these theoretical researches, ERP systems’ implementation and effective improvement are the problems which Chinese SMEs are facing. This paper researched and analyzed six core successful elements of ERP system through empirical data which form ERP system’s successful model and Chinese SMEs whose ERP system has been implemented. Meanwhile, compare with Korean SMEs to verify the thesis that “understanding to successful elements’ importance exists difference between China and Korea”, then analyze why difference exist and search ERP system’s effective implement plans to Chinese SMEs The result of this paper is that understanding to successful elements’ importance existents difference between China and Korea, through the reason analysis, hope ERP system can be implemented more effectively and have a positive impact on its implementation
