국가 산업 발전의 측면에서 바라볼 때, 블록체인 기술 개발과 블록체인 기술의 권리화는 병행되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 블록체인 기술의 IP 권리화 특히 블록체인 발명의 특허 심사과정에 대해 심도있게 분석하였다. 가치 있는 특허로 인정받기 위한 특허 명세서 작성 방안도 함께 제안하였다.
