장기 미집행 도시·군계획시설 해소사례에 관한 연구

For the abolishing of urban planning facilities unexecuted in long-term(UPFUL) within 3 years, it is time to analyze the situation and problems in operating of UPFUL, and to find out solutions of the problems. Based on the financial capacity of local government, it is almost impossible to solve the problems completely. Therefore, this study is focusing on the case studies of solving UPFUL with maintaining the functions of the UPFUL by utilizing private capital. As a result, solutions of UPFUL based on the case studies are suggested. In addition, diverse legal and institutional improvement methods are analyzed.
