다문화가정 발달지체 영아의 의사소통에 대한 보육교사의 인식과 아버지의 양육참여도 관계분석

Analysis of the Relation between Childcare Teachelr’s Recognition and Their Father’s Parenting Participation on the Comunication of Infants with Developmental Delay from Multicultural Family

본 연구는 다문화가정 발달지체 영아의 의사소통에 대한 보육교사의 인식과 아버지의 양육참여도의 관계를 규명하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구 목적을 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 경상남도 K시에서 필리핀, 베트남, 중국 등의 국적을 가진 어머니와 한국 아버지로 구성된 다문화가정의 발달지체영아를 보육하는 어린이집 교사 76명과 다문화가정 아버지 76명을 연구 대상으로 선정하여 2018년 2월 17일부터 2월 24일까지 우편 및 직접 방문을 통해 실시하였다. 설문 조사를 수행한 결과, 다문화교육 에 대한 보육교사 인식, 아버지 양육 참여도, 발달지체 영아 의사소통능력 간에는 유의한 정적 상관관계가 나타났고, 보육교사가 인식한 다문화교육의 교육내용, 학습환경, 교육목표, 지지 체계는 발달지체 영아의 의사소통능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미 치는 것으로 나타났고, 아버지 양육 참여도의 양육 지원, 칭찬과 애정을 통한 지원은 영아의 의사소통능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 가정과 보육시설의 지속적인 연계를 통해 영아의 의사소통 수준을 향상시키는 방안을 강구해 야 할 것이다.

As the number of multicultural family continuously increases, the number of infants from multicultural families who use nursing facilities is also increasing. They will grow as important members of our society. This research established following research problems, aiming to investigate the effect of participation of fathers of multicultural families in nurture on infants’ communication ability. To solve the research problems, this research conducted a survey targeting 76 nursing teachers of Day Care Centers in Gyeongsangnamdo K-si that take care of infants with developmental delay from multicultural families and 76 fathers from multicultural families composed of mothers from the Philippines, Vietnam, and China, and Korean fathers. Based on the analysis result, this research derived following conclusion. Nursing teachers’ perception of multicultural education and thers’ participation in nurture have a significant relation with communication ability of the infants from multicultural families, which are important variables to explain communication. Therefore, in order to improve communication ability of the infants from multicultural families, nursing teachers of nursing facilities who undertake multicultural education should perceive the importance and necessity of multicultural education, also, fathers’ active participation in nurture at home through compliment and affection is necessary. Also, it is necessary to improve the level of communication ability of the infants through continuous connection between home and nursing facility.
